Kinder-Funeral services for Wanda Lambert, 84, will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Don Barrett, Rev. Jerry Long and Rev. Robert Jones will officiate. Burial will follow at Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 from 4-9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.

In loving memory of our mother, Wanda Lambert, who passed away July 10, 2022. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mom was a kind, caring and giving person to both family and friends. She enjoyed cooking meals for family gatherings, tending to her flower beds and singing in the church choir. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Wanda's memory include her husband of sixty-three years, Boyd Lambert, Jr. of Kinder; three daughters, Pamela Edwards and husband, James, Patricia Pitre and husband, Leonard and Susan Hebert all of Kinder; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Mary Lee Powell.
