Kinder- Funeral service for Mrs. Vera Fossett Marcantel will be Sunday, November 25, 2007 at 10 A.M. in The First United Pentecostal Church of Kinder. Rev. T.L. Smith and Rev. Terry Bushnell will officiate. Burial will be in Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will begin on Saturday, from 1 P.M. to 9 P.M. in Ardoin Funeral Home and will continue on Sunday at The First United Pentecostal Church from 8:30 A.M. till time of service.
Mrs. Marcantel was a native of Kinder. She is preceded in death by her husband; Allen Marcantel, her parents; John and Arise Fossett, and four brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her three daughters; Shirley Harst and husband Walter, Maxine Wallace and husband John, and Linda Lormand and husband Edgar all of Kinder; one sister, Myrtle Courville of Kinder; 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
