Todd was a loving, caring, and devoted father. Needless to say, there was never a shortage of contagious laughter when Todd was around. He was gifted in telling jokes and stories. He enjoyed cooking for his boys and friends. Without a doubt his greatest accomplishment was his two sons, Cole and Cayl. He was a proud dad who often bragged about his boys' accomplishments. Todd taught them to be respectful, humble, kind, and strong. Todd encouraged his boys to pursue their education, rodeo, sports, FFA, 4-H, ambitions, and dreams. Todd was the owner and operator of Doise Trucking, Inc. for many years. He was also known by many for his passion and knowledge of crawfish. Much of his life was devoted to the crawfish industry. "Uncle Todd" was the go-to person for Family Tree Questions, War and History Trivia, Church History, Politics, and the list could go on… Many are not aware of his love for reading. It was not uncommon for a 15-minute phone call question to turn into an hour or more answer. His role of "care giver" in his father's last months will never be forgotten by his sons and siblings. To know Todd was to love Todd. Cole and Cayl's dad can now rest easy, they will take it from here. As you think of Todd "Laissez les bon temps rouler".
Survivors include Todd's two sons: Cole Doise (fiancé, Skylar) and Cayl Doise (girlfriend, Juliana); brothers: Luke Doise (Cindy) and Jude Doise (Lori); sisters: Kayla Doise Little and Alacia Doise Manuel (Garret); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Todd is preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Roussella Doise; paternal grandparents, Gustin and Edmae Doise; and maternal grandparents, Adam and Ethel Bertrand.
