Kinder-Funeral Services for Tinh Van Nguyen, 69, will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Keith Pellerin will officiate. The family has arranged for cremation immediately following the service. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will have a small private gathering on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home from 9 a.m. until time of service.

Tinh was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Vinh, for forty seven years. He was a man of strong faith and very proud of his catholic heritage. He enjoyed watching television and playing games. Tinh also enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He adored his grandchildren and loved to spoil them. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish Tinh's memory include his wife, Vinh Nguyen; four daughters, Nga Nguyen and husband, Trong Dinh, Chy Nguyen and husband, Thi Nguyen, Lan Nguyen and husband, Trang Tran and Chau Nguyen and husband, Quynh Nguyen; two brothers, Hung Nguyen and wife, Melissa Hoang and Hung Nguyen and wife, Thuy Nguyen; one sister, Tuoi Nguyen and husband, Tuyen Dang; and ten grandchildren.

Tinh is preceded in death by his parents, Hoa Nguyen and Hoa Nguyen; and two brothers, Minh Nguyen and Toan Nguyen.
