Mittie-Funeral service will be held for Tim D. Cooley, age 57, on Tuesday, May 3, 2011
in United Pentecostal Church of Mittie. Rev. Glen Washington will officiate. Burial will follow in Simmons Cemetery of Mittie under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will be held in United Pentecostal Church of Mittie beginning at 10am on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 until time of service.
Tim was a lifelong resident of Mittie. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved his parents and was a friend to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his father, Huey P. Cooley and wife, Bonnie of Mittie; two brothers, Kirby Bailes and wife, Tracie and Troy Bailes and wife, Missy, all of Elizabeth; three sisters, Lana Carroll and husband, Tommy of Oak Grove, Lorie Johnston and husband, Terry of Mittie, and Lawanna McCoy and husband, Brent of Elizabeth; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Tim was preceded in death by his mom, Norma Gibson Cooley.
