Elton-Funeral service for Terry Richard Markley, 63, will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton. Rev. Walter Parker will officiate. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors at Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 4-9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.
Terry was a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She valued hard work and enjoyed her friends and family. Terry will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Those left to cherish Terry's memory include her two sons, Jeremiah Gotreau and wife, Katherine, of Eunice, and Fulton Bridwell of Elton; two daughters, Rory Myers and husband, Tony, of Jennings, and Rhoda Corkran and husband, Jonathan, of Lacassine; one brother, Ruffin Richard, Jr. of Elton; two sisters, Randy Campbell and Rhoda Treme and husband, Randy, all of Lake Charles; and nine grandchildren.
Terry is preceded in death by her parents, Ruffin and Florence Richard.
