Kinder-Funeral services for Terry Hayes, 71, will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home on Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 5-8 p.m. Visitation will resume Monday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.

Terry was a loving husband to his wife, Pam, for forty-three years, as well as a loving father, brother, grandfather and friend. He absolutely adored his grandchildren and cherished spending time with them. Terry loved working cattle and did it as a job to provide for his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish Terry's memory include his wife, Pam Hayes of Fenton; son, Dustin Hayes and wife, Amber, of Welsh; daughter, Amy Welch and husband, Chad, of Fenton; sister, Hollis Hassien and husband, Ellis, of Carylss; seven grandchildren, Mason Smith, Samantha, Hailey and Sadie Hayes,  Drake, Hayes and Judd Welch; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents, E.W. and Alla Rae Hayes; brother, Mark Hayes; and nephew, Will Hassien.
