Kinder-Funeral service for Terry Paul Bushnell, 59, will be held at 11 A.M. on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Carroll Bushnell will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors at Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, from 4-10 P.M. Visitation will resume on Wednesday morning from 8 A.M. until time of service.
Terry was a former resident of Kinder and was currently residing in Iota. He was married to his wife, Renee, for 41 years. He was a loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren playing sports. Terry also liked to bar-b-que and enjoyed music and dancing. He will be greatly missed.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Renee Bushnell, of Iota; two sons, Terry Paul Bushnell II and Tyler Joseph Bushnell, both of Iota; three daughters, Stacy Sharp and husband, Sam, of Kinder, Kristi Rambin and husband, Colby, and Casey Thibodeaux and husband, Kent, all of Iota; one brother, Gordon Timothy Bushnell of Houston, TX; two sisters, Janet Suell Laughlin of Longview, TX, and Karen Kay Romero and husband, Felix, of Kinder; and eight grandchildren-Bryce, Trae, Briggs, Kameron, Jadyn, Sage, Karson, and Kanon.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Titus and Audrey Bushnell.
