Elton-Funeral service for Sarah Jane Watson, 20, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Elton. Deacon Mike Trammel will officiate. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors Friday, February 1, 2019 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Elton from 4-9 p.m. Visitation will resume Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 9 a.m. until time of service.

Sarah was a loving daughter and sister. She was an angel who loved to smile. Sarah enjoyed watching game shows and drawing. She absolutely loved eating hamburgers. She defied the odds with her health condition. Sarah touched many hearts throughout her life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Sarah's memory include her father, David Watson of Kinder; two sisters, Melissa Spikes and husband, Sedrick, of Jasper, and Kieley Hawthorne and husband, Ronald, of Eunice; three nephews, Sedrick Spikes Jr., Gage Spikes, and Kye-Lee Hawthorne; three nieces, Amber Watson, Soraya Spikes, and Amyah Hawthorne; and one great niece, Mia Jacobs.

Sarah is preceded in death by her mother, Diane Marie Watson and one brother, Samuel Boyd Watson.
