Obituary

Oberlin-Funeral service for Sandra Lynn Ware, age 44, will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2015 in the chapel of Allen Parish Funeral Home.
Rev. Don Duplechain will officiate. Burial will follow in Duplechain Cemetery under the direction of Allen Parish Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors at Allen Parish Funeral Home, 119 S. 7th Street, Oberlin on Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 3-9 p.m. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Sunday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.
Sandra, nicknamed "Red", was a resident of Oberlin. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She had a "heart of gold" and would help anyone in need. She made "a huge impact on everyone's life" and her love was "one of a kind". She enjoyed her work, family and friends. She also loved her six dogs, especially "Shiloh". She worked at Texaco in Oberlin for 13 years. Sandra will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Those left to cherish Sandra's memory include her father-Dalmer Ware of Oakdale; her mother-Theresa Bezart of Oberlin; her stepmother-Diane Ware of Oakdale; two sons-John Emons II and Matthew Ware, both of Oberlin; three brothers-Bruce Ware and wife, Jackie, of Vivian, Jeffery Ware of New Iberia, and Heath Ware and wife, Michelle, of Eunice; two sisters-Kathleen Williams and husband, James, of Arlington, TX, and Melissa Cope of Slidell; one stepbrother-Justin Alberado of Oakdale; and one grandchild-Kayden Matthew Ware and his mother, Kristen Milam, of Iota.
