Kinder-Celebration of Life services honoring Ryan Paul Barnett, 35, will be held at 11 o'clock a.m. on Friday, April 26, 2024, at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder. Revs. Greg Willis and Danny Hebert will officiate. Ryan will be laid to rest at Kinder McRill Cemetery immediately following his services.

Ryan's family will receive friends and visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder on Thursday evening, April 25, 2024, from 5-9o'clock p.m. Ryan's visitation will resume at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder on Friday morning, April 26, 2024, from 9 o'clock a.m. until time of service. All of Ryan's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder.

Ryan was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He worked very hard as an Environmental Response Specialist to provide for his family. Ryan was a member of Christ Church in Oakdale where he attended church regularly. He was an avid LSU fan and loved fishing and woodworking. He loved and adored his children and cherished every memory he made with them. He was a loving uncle "Nunk" to numerous nieces and nephews. Ryan was a great person who always had a smile on his face. He loved to visit with family and friends about anything especially life in general. Ryan was a fighter and was very strong willed. He had a huge heart and loved to help others.  He was a very personable individual and will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish Ryan's memory include his mother, Michelle Clough and Jason Clough of Oakdale, LA, his father, Billy Barnett and wife Carrie of Kinder, LA; two sons, Joshua and Gunner of Kinder, LA, two daughters, Jolie of Moss Bluff, LA, and Krislyn of Kinder, LA; his maternal grandparents, Delores and Larry Kershaw of Lake Charles, LA, and Roger and Ann Clough of Chester, VA; three brothers, Scott Barnett, wife Saige and children, Scarlett, Aurora, Juliette, and Noah all of Pine Prairie, LA, Landon Clough and children, Maggie, and Layla all of Oakdale, LA, and Trey Barnett of Kinder, LA; two sisters, Elizabeth Barnett and son Luca, and companion, John Erik Soileau and Kaylee Badeaux all of Kinder, LA; and a host of uncles, aunts, extended family, and friends.

Ryan is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Edward Sanders, and Paternal Grandparents Paul and Luna Barnett.
