Oakdale-Funeral services for Ronny Lee Townley, 49, will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at New Hope Baptist Church in Hineston. Rev. Jason Townley will officiate. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at New Hope Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Ronny was a loving son, father, brother and grandfather. He worked hard as a construction worker to provide for his family. In his spare time, Ronny enjoyed fishing, hunting, working out, listening to music, especially country music and watching football. He loved the Dallas Cowboys. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandson. Ronny will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish Ronny's memory include his mother, Kathy Townley; son, Dustin Townley; two brothers, Billy Ray and Russell Townley; sister, Karen Townley Wuensche; and one grandson.

Ronny is preceded in death by his father, Billy Townley; wife, Cheryl Townley; and brother, Rickey Wayne Townley.
