Oberlin-Funeral service for Roislyn Ann Gradney Victorian, 64, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 31, 2016 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Rev. Jacob Conner will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Soileau under the direction of Allen Parish Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors at Allen Parish Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2016 with the Holy Rosary at 6 p.m. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.
Roislyn was a loving wife, mom, and grandmother. She was married to her loving husband, James, for 47 years. Roislyn grew up in Mamou. She worked for Jansen in Eunice, Savoy Medical Center, Coushatta Casino, and Home Health. Roislyn liked music and dancing. She loved her family and friends. Roislyn will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish Roislyn's memory include her husband, James Victorian, of Soileau; three sons, Jeremiah Victorian, of Oberlin, James Victorian Jr., and wife, Arlene, of Seattle, WA, Jason Victorian, of Soileau; one daughter, Erica Victorian, of Kinder; one sister, Sherry Bowman and husband, Richard, of Dallas, TX; six grandchildren, Jordan, Devin, Bryson, Caden, Jason, and Roislyn Lee.
Roislyn is preceded in death by her parents, Dalbis and Gracie Gradney, and one brother, Dwight Gradney.
