Oakdale-Celebration of Life services honoring Rodney Keith Grantham, 67, will be held at 1 o'clock p.m. on Friday afternoon, November 15, 2024, at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Oakdale. Rev. Charles Seal will officiate. Rodney will be laid to rest at Butters Cemetery in Forest Hill immediately following his services.

Rodney's family will receive friends and visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home on Friday morning, November 15, 2024, from 11 o'clock a.m. until time of service. All of Rodney's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Oakdale.

Rodney was born on Saturday, March 2, 1957, to the union of John and Shirley Grantham and was one of eleven children. He was a loving son and brother and enjoyed spending time with his family. Rodney enjoyed the outdoors and loved to fish. He worked for Interstate Portable Buildings in Alexandria, LA as a skilled carpenter for sixteen years until his well-deserved retirement. He was a hard and talented worker and was very good at his job. Rodney was a kind and caring person and will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who know him.

Those left to cherish Rodney's memory include his three brothers, Brad Grantham and wife Rhonda, Randy Grantham, and Darrell Grantham and wife Tatiana, five sisters, Anita Kay Grantham, Elaine King, Yvette Clark, Connie McConaha, and Ashley Young; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Rodney is preceded in death by his parents, John, and Shirley Grantham; and two brothers, John Terry Grantham, and Gregory Grantham.
