T-Bear was a loving husband, father, brother and uncle. He was a dedicated truck driver for thirty years. He loved fishing, playing video games, visiting with people and spending time with his family.  He never met a stranger. T-Bear was a very outgoing and social person. He enjoyed cooking, especially barbecuing and boiling crawfish. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish T-Bear's memory include his wife, Leigh Gidlow of Kinder; one daughter, TeJo Adams and husband, Joe, of Baker, LA; one son, Jamie Whitehead and wife, Krystal, of Livingston, LA; two brothers, Ricky Whitehead of Clinton, LA and Randall Johnson of Walker, LA; three sisters, Lori Johnson of Clinton, LA, Cheri Steiner of Pride, LA and Missy Shields and husband, Ricky, of Slaughter; numerous fur-babies and grand fur-babies; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

T-Bear is preceded in death by his grandparents, Issom John and Anna Genola; father, Clovis Whitehead, Sr.; mother, Georgia Genola Mitchell; one daughter, Anna Alicia Whitehead; and three brothers, Darren Lenis Johnson, Jason Lanier Johnson and Clovis Whitehead, Jr.

A private memorial service for Robin Keith "T-Bear" Whitehead, 62, will be held at a later date. Cremation has been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.
