Kinder- Funeral service for Mr. Robert C. Buck, 71, will be held Saturday, January 24, 2009 at 10:00am in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Mike Paxton will officiate. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Kinder McRill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday from 3pm-8pm and will continue Saturday at 8am until time of service.
Mr. Buck was a resident of Kinder. He served in the US Army and was a retired school teacher. Mr. Buck passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009 in his residence.
Survivors include three daughters, Janet Buck of Lake Charles, Sharon Jenkins & husband Leonard of Kinder, Ann Buck of Kinder; one sister, Ann Mouser & husband Judge Edward Mouser of Kinder; three grandchildren, Sarah Hebert, Katelyn Hebert, & Dustin Jenkins; one great grandchild, Kamden Bishop.
Mr. Buck is preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Buck.
