Elton- Funeral service for Robert Alvin Waggoner, 59, will be Friday, August 31, 2007 at
2 PM in Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton. Rev. Lisa Turnbull will officiate. Burial will be in China Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, from 3 PM to 10 PM, and will continue on Friday at 8 AM till time of service.

Mr. Waggoner was a resident of Iowa. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He passed away Wednesday in his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Kathyrn Waggoner; two sons, Joseph Waggoner and wife Christina of Elton, and Robert Waggoner of LeBlanc; one daughter, Misty Hand of Iowa; one sister, Joann Kaufman of Moss Bluff; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
