Kinder-Celebration of Life services honoring Rickie Lee Meaux, 69, will be held at 2 o'clock p.m. on Friday afternoon, December 13, 2024, at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Bro. Greg Willis will officiate. Rickie will be laid to rest at Simmons Cemetery in Mittie immediately following his services.

Rickie's family will receive friends and visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 12 o'clock p.m. until time of service. All of Rickie's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder.

Rickie was a fun-loving family man. He had many passions in life from riding motorcycles, hunting, trail riding, tinkering with any and everything and being the unofficial mayor of Mittie. At any given time, Rickie and his son would be outside working on whatever they could get their hands on. He was a family man that enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren as well as anyone that would stop in for a cup of coffee and good conversation. Rickie will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish Rickie's memory include his girlfriend, Tina Arnold; two sons, Richard "Scottie" Meaux and wife Brittany of Welsh, Cooper William Meaux of LeBlanc; daughter, Heather Lee Meaux and husband Wesley Vincent of Iowa; one sister Rhonda Meaux Welch and husband Neil of Tyler, TX; Grandchildren, Logan, Rylie, Mia, Wyatt, Wayland, Landon, Charlee, Bailynn, Corbin, Anakin, Leo, Skye, Parker, Laken, Ava, Warren, Ary, Violet, and Bretta; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Rickie is preceded in death by his parents, William C Meaux, Estelle Young Turner; and his grandparents, Grandpa Scott and Grandma Bert.
