Obituary
Elton-Funeral service for Renes Joseph Dupre, 93, will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014, at Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton. Rev. Don Duplechain will officiate. Burial will follow with full military honors at Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors at Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton on Monday morning from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Renes was currently residing at Basile Care Center. He was a United States Army veteran having served our country in World War II.
Those left to cherish his memory include his brother, Curtis Dupre and wife, Mary of Scott; and his sister, Ivy Vidrine and husband, Roderick, of Lake Charles; and, numerous nieces and nephews.
Renes is preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Helena Dupre; his wife, Della Marie Vidrine; his brother, Martin (Luke) Dupre; and, his sister, Lena Dupre.
