Elton-A memorial gathering honoring Renee Marie LeJeune, 55, will be held at 6 o'clock p.m. on Monday evening, September 9, 2024, at Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton. Renee's family will host private inurnment services in her memory at a future date.

Renee's family will receive friends and visitors at Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton on Monday evening, September 9, 2024, from 4-6 o'clock p.m. All of Renee's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton.

Renee affectionately called "Nay" by those who knew her, was a loving mother, and grandmother. She loved her family, and she cherished every memory she made with them; her children and her grandchildren were her life. She was a hard worker and worked as an L.P.N. to provide for her family. Renee had an infectious smile and laugh and was always the life of the party. You could always hear her before you saw her. She loved football and was an avid New Orleans Saints fan. Renee had a profound love for music and movies, and there was not a song or movie she hadn't heard or seen. She loved the beach and loved to go on beach vacations. Renee also enjoyed sitting outside on her porch and feeding her squirrels. Her favorite holiday was Halloween where she loved to dress up with her kids and family. She was a very kind and caring person and would go to the ends of the earth for the people she cared about. Renee had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish Renee's memory include her two daughters, Devin Richard and husband John, and Baylee Cannon and husband Dustin Silvas; one sister, Tana Bourgeois; and five grandchildren, Riklynn, Kamden, Aylinn, Carmine, and Violet.

Renee is preceded in death by her mother Beverly Bourgeois.
