Elton- Mrs. Remigia Caterina Ramonda Fumagalli Davis, 83 met her lord and Savior Jesus Christ Monday, July 28, 2008.
A service to celebrate her life will be held Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 10:00a.m. in Elton Assembly of God Church. Rev. Doug Fullenwider will officiate. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton.
Visitation will be held in Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton Wednesday from 5pm-9pm and will continue Thursday in the church at 8:30a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Davis was a resident of Elton. She served faithfully and lovingly in ministry alongside her husband Rev. Gerald E. Davis Sr. for 65 years. She was an ordained minister in the Assemblies of God Church and a national home missionary for more than 20 years.
Survivors include her husband Rev. Gerald E. Davis Sr. of Elton; two daughters, Geraldine Sexton & husband Sam of Frankston, TX, Reba Byrd & husband Richard of Iowa; three sons, Rev. Frank Davis & wife Carol of Natchez, MS, Rev. Stephen Davis & wife BJ of Oklahoma City, OK, Gerald Davis Jr. & wife Debbie of West Monroe; 9 grandchildren & 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Elton Assembly of God Church Building Fund.
