Kinder- Celebration of Life services honoring Rebecca "Becky" Pitre Burk, 56, will be held at 10 o'clock a.m. on Friday morning, October 11, 2024, at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Walter Edwards will officiate. "Becky" will be laid to rest at Green Oak Cemetery in Kinder immediately following her services.

"Becky's" family will receive friends and visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder on Thursday evening, October 10, 2024, from 4-9 o'clock p.m. "Becky's" visitation will resume at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder on Friday morning, October 11, 2024, from 8 o'clock a.m. until time of service. All of "Becky's" arrangements have been entrusted in the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder.

"Becky" was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a faithful and devoted wife to her husband Clifford Burk for 37 years. "Becky" loved spending time with her family and cherished every memory she made with them. She enjoyed spending time at the river with her children and grandchildren. "Becky" loved her Camaro and listening to AC/DC. She loved riding the backroads with her dogs Charlet and Mr. Weenie. "Becky" also loved riding four wheelers, go karts, canoeing, and watching other people fish. She was a kind and caring person and would help anyone in need. "Becky" loved people and wanted everyone to get along. She had a profound hatred for rats and even broke her arm running from a rat on her property at Toledo Bend. "Becky" will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish "Becky's" memory includer her husband Clifford Burk of Ragley, LA; two sons Louis Ray Burk ll and companion Brandi Neal of Milam, TX, and Kane Edward Burk and companion Heather Carter of Ragley, LA, one daughter, Karena Lynn Burk and companion Terry W. Guillory of Topsy, LA; two brothers, "Scooter" Pitre and wife Crystal of LeBlanc, LA, and Troy Pitre and wife Robin of Topsy, LA, two sisters, Janice LaFargue and husband Mark of Oberlin, LA, and Debra Istre and husband Curtis of Topsy, LA, one step-brother, David Pitre of Topsy, LA; seven grandchildren, Magen, Melissa, Osbie, Joseph, Autumn, Jaden, and Josiah; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

"Becky" is proceeded in death by her parents Charles and Barbara Pitre.
