Quinton "Keith" Bell, 69, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 10, 2025, in the comfort of his home, with his loving family by his side.  Keith was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana on October 19, 1955. He graduated from Barbe High School, and then proudly served in the United States Navy as member of the "Seabees". Keith was a highly regarded Game Warden with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries for 20 years. He was named the Region V 1988 Agent of the Year, and in 1990, he was the recipient of the Woodman of the World Conservation Award. He considered his work with the agency to be some of the most meaningful and important of his life, and he cherished the close friendships he made with his fellow agents. After retiring from law enforcement, Keith managed, and later purchased, Kinder Hardware. It was here he was able to engage with the community and share his love of carpentry and tools. He was also a founding member of the Southwest Louisiana Wildlife Association and looked forward to their banquet every year. Keith absolutely loved to hunt and fish; OO Buckshot Hunting Club was his honorary second home, and perhaps the only thing he loved more than hunting and fishing, was cooking for his family and friends. He was a phenomenal cook, a resounding testament to his legacy as an outdoorsman. He was so incredibly generous with his time, and he was always willing to help friends and family. He had a great affinity for animals, and he desperately loved his former dogs, May and Bitsy.

Those left to cherish Keith's memory include  his loving wife of 43 years, Brenda Buller Bell, his children, Laura Bell England, Dori Bell, and Rusty Bell, and wife, Heather, his mother, Joy Lee Bell, his siblings, Rene' Eagleson Squyres and husband Byron, Benny Bell and wife Missy, Belinda Bell, and Billy Bell and former wife Candy, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends, and the two greatest loves of his life, his granddaughters, Farrah and Gemma.

Keith is preceded in death by his father, Gene Bell, and his in-laws, Amos and June Buller.

Condolences and expressions of sympathy may be shared with Keith's family at www.ardoinfuneralhome.com or on Facebook at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.
