Oakdale-Graveside services honoring Quince A. Clark, 96, will be held at 11 o'clock a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024, at Roselawn Cemetery in Glenmora. Rev. Justin Simmons will officiate. All of Quince's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Oakdale.

Quince affectionately known as Q.A. by all who knew him was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved spending time with his family and friends. Q.A. was a member of the Church of Christ for many years where he attended church regularly and served as an Elder. He was the Mayor of McNary, LA, for many years and was also known as the "water well repair man" Q.A. was a very giving person and loved to help anyone in need in any capacity that he could. He was a man of Christ and will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish Q.A.'s memory include one son, Huey Clark and wife Eraine; one brother, Billy Clark and wife Sherry, three sisters, Faye Martin, Nelda Atkinson and husband Larry and Dale Nita Dupree; one granddaughter, Penny Clark Reeves, and one great grandson, Halen Shane Reeves.

Q.A. is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd, and Ethel Campbell Clark; his wife, Bertha Burgin Clark; one son, Bobby Eugene Clark; four brothers, Donald, Dean, Douglas, and R.D. Clark, three sisters, Lorriaine Woodham, Jeanette Maricle, and Weda Mae Murray; one granddaughter, Stacey Lynn Clark, and one great grandson, Richard Blake Kellogg.

Pallbearers honored to serve are Q.A.'s great grandson, Halen Reeves, and his nephews, Brian, Terry, and Keith Clark, Brad Murray, and Greyson Bieber.
