He will be remembered for his great story telling and witty sense of humor. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, AKA "Northern Florida." Phil earned a reputation of being a hard worker during his 36 years as a carpenter foreman for F. Miller and Sons, from which he retired in 2012. Phil enjoyed playing cards and board games with family. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior later in life and then became a devoted member of the Family Place Church, where he served as the bell ringer and faithfully turned on the AC every Sunday. Phillip will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
