Phillip, affectionately known as "Phil", was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a faithful and devoted husband to his wife Theresa for 44 wonderful years. Phillip was a man of strong faith and attended church at St. Borromeo Catholic Church in Fenton. He loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren whom he absolutely adored. He loved making memories and cherished every memory he made with his family. Phillip loved to travel and loved taking trips to Missouri to see his son and grandson. He had a profound love for animals, he loved chickens but especially loved roosters. Phillip loved his "grand-dog" Daisy who would run away from her real home just to be with him. He had a "green thumb", loved to grow plants, and enjoyed spending time in the garden. He especially enjoyed watching T.V. where he liked to watch westerns, wrestling, Forensic Files, but most of all, Golden Girls. He also loved to attend movies regularly with his friend Chuck. Phillip loved cooking and loved to enjoy his guilty pleasure, chocolate. Phillip was a kind and caring person who was fortunate enough to survive stage four lung cancer. Phillip will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish Phillip's memory include his wife, Theresa Langley of Kinder; one son, Stephen Bryan Langley of Brashear, MO; one daughter, Kimberly Angelle Schexnider and husband Patrick Daniel of Hecker, LA; one brother, Perry John Langley of Shreveport, LA; and three wonderful grandchildren, Justin Barton Langley, and Beaux Allan and Bella Lillian Schexnider.

Phillip is preceded in death by his parents, Fred, and Elsie Langley; two brothers, Preston Langley, and Percy Langley Sr.; and one sister Lorice Hardesty.
