Soileau-Funeral service for Paul Frank, 89, will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 11AM in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church of Oberlin. Fr. Felix Anyikwa will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery of Soileau under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will begin in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church at 8AM on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 and continue until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 9:30AM.
Paul is survived by two sons, Preston Frank and wife, Louise of Oberlin and Hilton Frank and wife, Latonia of Lake Charles; four daughters, Laura Edwards and husband, Norris of Brookshire, TX, Bettie Noel and husband, Lincoln of Mamou, Laura Charles and husband, Cyril of Jennings, and Linda Citizen and husband, Clarence of Brookshire, TX; two brothers, Raoul Frank, Sr. of Oberlin and Nalis Frank of Cheek, TX; four sisters, Agnes Ceasar of Vinton, Everta Benoit of Orange, TX, Hazel Thomas of Elton, and Lovenia Fontenot of Basile; twenty grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Rose Frank; his parents, Joseph and Laura (Victorian) Frank; three brothers, Aldes, Hampton, and Carlton Frank; and four sisters, Gladys Ardoin, Edna Guillory, Girlie Frank, and Beatrice Deville.
