Elton-Funeral services for Patricia A. Wilson, 73, will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Indian Bible Church. Rev. John Cernek will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Peters Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Elton on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 4-9 p.m. with a singing service at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume on Saturday morning at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until time of service.

Patricia was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend to many. She was a loving wife to her husband, Kenneth, for forty-six years. Patricia enjoyed reading, playing computer games and traveling. Most of all, Patricia loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Patricia's memory include her husband, Kenneth Wilson of Elton; two sons, Kenneth Wayne Wilson, II and wife, Jeanne, of Iowa and Nicholas Wade Wilson and fiancée, Natosha Friday, of Elton; one daughter, Kristy Wilson of Kinder; three brothers, David Brooks and wife, Mae, of Opelousas, Timothy Brooks of Washington, LA and Michael Brooks and wife, Teresa, of Opelousas; one sister, Martha Moran and husband, Alcide, of Kinder; six grandchildren, Kylie, Trent, Jett and Rylan Wilson, Dylan Fontenot and Hunter Marcantel; one great granddaughter, Hayzly Fontenot; mother of Hayzly, Brooklynn Graham; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Hazel Brooks.
