Oakdale-Graveside Services for Patricia Ann Thomas, 66, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2020 at Oakdale Community Cemetery. Rev. Holmes will officiate. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

Patricia was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She loved doing things for others and everyone loved her. She was a cook at Allen Oaks Nursing Home for ten years, as well as, a cook at Coushatta for eighteen years. Patricia was not a baker; but she could please everyone with her cooking. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Patricia will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Patricia's memory include her husband, Shelton Thomas; three daughters, Shelitta Cyiark, Sholanda Evans and Shavonne Stagg and husband, Justin; one step-daughter, Jacqueline Thomas; one brother, Willie Earl Alsburry and wife, Gwendlyn; two sisters, Linda Hayward and husband, Phillip and Sharon Granvle; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; host of nieces and nephews, as well as, many aunts whom she loved dearly.

Patricia is preceded in death by her mother, Emma Hall; one son, Jonderrick Roddy; and one brother, Willie Lee Whitmore.

Pallbearers honored to serve are-Christian Roddy, Courtney Barrett, Eric Robinson, Benjamaine Blount, Byron Granvle and Justin Stagg.
