Kinder-Funeral Service for Pamela Hinson, 58, will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 27, 2015 in the "Benny Earl Pelican" Memorial Chapel of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Glenn Ducharme will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors at Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder on Sunday, July 26, 2015 from 2-9 p.m. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Monday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.
Pamela was a loving mom, grandmother, and nanny. She was a great cook, enjoyed puzzles and coloring with her grandchildren as well as the neighborhood kids. She loved butterflies, music, the Calcasieu River and being outdoors. She was very proud of her family and loved to display their pictures throughout her home. Pamela's memory will be cherished by her family and all who loved her.
Survivors include her mother-Ruby LaFleur, of Kinder; her son-Daniel "Booger" McClellan and wife, Rachelle, of Kinder; four brothers-Ricky LaFleur of Reeves, Johnny Lafosse and wife, Debbie, James Lafosse and wife, Nelda, and Toogie LaFleur, all of Kinder; two sisters-Paula Reeves and husband, Hubert, of Reeves and Allyson Johnson and husband, Randy, of Kinder; five grandchildren-Dilan, Kenley, Kelsey, Bailyn and Kaden; her companion, Floyd Lee Sheridan, Jr; and, her dog, Mazie.
Pamela is preceded in death by her father-Willie LaFleur; her son, Shannon "Smitty" Smith; and her brother, Glenn Lafosse.
