Oberlin-Graveside Services for Pam Duplechain Gobert, 59, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Oberlin on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 10 a.m. until time of departure to the cemetery.

Pam was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Tommie, for eighteen years. She enjoyed zydeco dancing, riding horses, cooking and spending time with her family. Pam adored her thirteen grandchildren and her mother, Alice. She had a big heart and loved helping take care of the elderly. Pam will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Pam's memory include her mother, Alice Duplechain; husband, Tommie Gobert of Elton; one son, Joshua Darbonne and wife, Janet, of Kinder; one stepson, Tommie Gobert, Jr., of Lawrence, Kansas; two daughters, Alisha Darbonne Durio and husband, Jeff, of Oberlin and Courtney Darbonne and companion, Will Noblitt, of Lacompte; one brother, Dennis Duplechain and wife, Bettina, of Lake Charles; one sister, Cheryl Duplechain Willis and fiancé, Loyd Tucker, of Oberlin; twelve grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Pam is preceded in death by her father, J.C. Duplechain; two brothers, Mackie and Ricky Duplechain; and one sister, Tina Duplechain Taylor.
