Oberlin-Funeral service for Mitchell LaFleur, 60, was held at 10 a.m. on October, 14, 2014 in the chapel of Allen Parish Funeral Home. Deacon Dale Deshotel officiated. All arrangements were entrusted to Allen Parish Funeral Home-Oberlin Chapel.
The family received visitors at Allen Parish Funeral Home, 119 S. 7th Street, from 8 a.m. until time of service.
Survivors include two brothers, James Richard LaFleur and wife, Debbie, and Kenneth Ray LaFleur and wife, Nubia; three sisters, Shirley Davis and husband, Darrell, Evelyn Terrell and husband, Earl, and Mary Elizabeth Ware and husband, James; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Mitchell is preceded in death by his parents, Addison and Mary LaFleur; brothers, Robert Lane and Joseph Deward LaFleur; and a sister, Carolyn Stephens.
