Kinder- Funeral service for Mrs. Mildred M. Welch, 77, will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 10:00AM in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Bill Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday in Ardoin Funeral Home from 3pm-10pm and will continue Tuesday at 8am until time of service.
Mrs. Welch was a resident of Kinder, and she was of the Pentecostal Faith. Mrs. Welch passed away Sunday, April 11, 2010.
Survivors include five sons, David Welch & wife Bobbie of DeQuincy, Chuck Welch & wife Cindy of Kinder, Kenneth Welch and wife Kathy of Deweyville, TX, Ricky Welch and wife Shelly of Poteau OK, Timothy Welch of Elizabeth; two brothers, Ray Sandell of Oakdale & Gary Sandell of Calcasieu; three sisters, Helen Wilson of Buna, TX, Ena Johnson of Glenmora, & Brenda Sandell of Calcasieu; 18 grandchildren & 18 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Welch is preceded in death by her husband Ben D. Welch; daughter, Carolyn Marie Welch; grandson, Harley Welch.
