DeRidder-Funeral service for Michael Ray Cline, 60, will be held Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Hopewell Community Baptist Church in DeRidder. Rev. Henry Lee Hebert will officiate. Burial will follow on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Farmers Cemetery in Silsbee, TX. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
The family will receive visitors at Hopewell Community Baptist Church on Feb. 2, 2106 from 8 a.m. until time of service.
Michael was a loving son, father and grandfather. He worked as a truck driver for over ten years and drove through every state in America. He also served his community of Silsbee, TX as a police officer for over three years. He loved spending time on the computer. He also enjoyed country music and cats. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Those left to cherish Michael's memory include his mother, Ethel "Verlean" Lormand of DeRidder; one daughter, Jennifer Renee' Chaddock and husband, Matthew, of Crestview, FL; and four grandchildren-Austin and Shey Cline, Carey Perez, and Sierra Jade Chaddock.
Michael is preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Cline.
