Iowa- Remembrance Service for Mr. Artie Sharp, 65, will be held Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
The family will receive visitors Sunday, February 17, 2013 from 4pm-9pm, with a rosary at 7pm; followed by a Remembrance
Service, immediately after the rosary.
Mr. Artie will be laid to rest with full military honors on
Monday, February 18, 2013 @ 2pm at Hebert Cemetery in Iowa under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
He was retired from R. E. Heidt Construction as a diesel
mechanic. He fought a long and hard 10yr battle with kidney cancer, and helping him with this fight was his family and Dr. Michael Broussard and his staff. He is now at peace.
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Sandi; son Andy and his daughter, Madison; daughter, Tracy Myers and her husband Brian and their children, Tabitha, Kimberly, Katelin, and
Garrett; his brother, sisters; and their spouses and children.
