Obituary
Fenton-Funeral service for Martha E. Atkinson, 50, will be held Thursday, May
26, 2011 at 6pm in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Wayne Jones will officiate.
Martha was a resident of Fenton. She worked in the landscaping business
for more than 20 years. She enjoyed planting flowers, gardening, and loved
working outdoors. She also enjoyed reading and was a lovable mom and
grandmother. She was a friend to all who knew her.
She is survived by her two sons, Jacob D. Atkinson and wife Brittney of
Kinder; Kalob Deaton also of Kinder; one brother, Mark Atkinson and wife Wendy
of Baton Rouge; and three grandchildren, Hadley, Jaeton, and Jeaven of Kinder.
Martha is preceded in death by her parents, Libby & Don Atkinson.
