Elton- Funeral Services for Margaret Ann Chretien, 70, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rev. Jose Vattakunnel will officiate. Burial will follow at Chretien Cemetery in Elton under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9 a.m until the time of service. Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, working, animals, and gardening. She was a woman of strong faith. She worked as a home health CNA for more than 25 years. She loved to take care of people and was very kindhearted. Margaret will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Margaret's memory include one brother, Harrison Chretien; one grandchild, Malena Chretien; and five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Estele Chretien; spouse, Shane Guillory; one son, Donovan Chretien; and one sister, Mary Harriet Chretien.
