Margaret was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a faithful wife to her husband Alvin Briscoe for 28 years, until his passing in March of 1979. She was a lifelong member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Oberlin where she attended church regularly and was a member of Ladies Altar Society. Margaret loved to play bingo, watching western movies, going to eat Chinese food and Roy's Catfish Hut, drinking Dr. Pepper, and going to the casino. She loved visiting with family and friends and reminisce about memories of past times. Margaret loved and adored her family especially her grandchildren. She was "tough as nails" and didn't put up with nonsense from anyone. She was very independent and always wanted to "rule the roost". Margaret was a very kind and caring person and will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew her.
