Kinder- Funeral service for Mrs. Letha Stockwell Reynolds, 94, will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in the Kinder Bible Church. Rev. Robert Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in Kinder McRill Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will be held in the church Tuesday from 9:30a.m.until time of service.
Mrs. Reynolds was a native of Oberlin and a resident of Kinder. She was a librarian for many years at the Kinder Branch of the Allen Parish Library, a member of Kinder Bible Church, formally First Congregational Church, where she taught Sunday School for 45 years, and a member of Kinder Eastern Star. Mrs. Reynolds passed away Saturday, September 20, 2008.
Survivors include her husband of 76 years Gordon S. Reynolds of Kinder; one son, Robert S. Reynolds of Kinder; one daughter, Marilyn Knapp & husband David of Anchorage, Alaska; five grandchildren & five great grandchildren.
