Oberlin-Funeral Services for Lawrence "Tiger" R. Kelly, Jr., 50, will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Oberlin. Rev. Greg Willis will officiate. Burial will follow at Oaklin Springs Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 3-9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Friday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.

Lawrence was a loving son, father, grandfather and brother. Lawrence loved being outdoors, fishing, gardening, raising chickens, and last but not least, spending time with his family. Most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, niece and nephew. Lawrence had been attending Christ Church of Oakdale for the past two years. He was a very kind and giving person. Lawrence will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish Lawrence's memory include his parents, Lawrence and Belinda Kelly of Oberlin; two sons, Justin R. Kelly of Montgomery and Brandon L. Kelly of Oberlin; one sister, Candi Veazey and husband, Artis, of Oberlin; four grandchildren, Blaze, Tanner, Connor and Alora Kelly; one nephew, Braden Veazey; and one niece, Krista Veazey.

Lawrence is preceded in death by one granddaughter, Addlyn Faith Kelly.
