Elton- Funeral service for Mr. Kenneth Kennedy, 76, will be held Thursday, October 25, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Elton United Methodist Church. Rev. Eddie Morgan will officiate. Burial will be in China Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton.
Visitation will be in the funeral home Wednesday from 4pm-9pm and will continue Thursday at 8am until time of service.
Mr. Kennedy was a resident of Elton, member of Elton United Methodist Church, and Boy Scouts of America Assistant Leader. He enjoyed cooking, playing the triangle and hauling equipment for Mowata House Band, and spending time with his pet "Richard". Mr. Kennedy passed away Sunday, October 21, 2007 in a Jennings care center.
Survivors include his wife, Clarissa "Chris" Kennedy of Elton; son, Keith L. Kennedy & wife Connie of Elton; brother, Ronald Kennedy & wife Sandra of Elton; two grandchildren, Nicole Pousson & Aaron Guillory; 1 great grandchild, Khylyn Guillory.
Preceded in death by his twin brother, Donald R. Kennedy; parents, Robert & Edith Kennedy.
