Kenneth was a lifelong resident of Reeves. He was a member of Reeves Bible Church his entire life and served as Chairman of the Board of Elders. He served our country for four years as a soldier with the United States Army. Thirteen months of that time was spent in combat during the Vietnam War. While in the military, he earned many honors including a National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and an Army Commendation Medal. Following his years with the military, he worked in industrial construction and retired with 35 years of service with F. Miller and Son. He was an avid outdoorsman-enjoying fishing and hunting. He was a loving father and grandfather who loved being with people and loved serving the Lord, as well. His passing will leave a void in the lives of all who knew and loved him-his memory will be greatly treasured.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Pam Reynolds Dunnehoo of Reeves; three sons-Ryland Dunnehoo and wife, Michelle, Reggie Dunnehoo and wife, Anita, and Josh Dunnehoo and wife, Calida, all of Reeves; four brothers-Felton and wife, Carol Ann of Moss Bluff, Benny and wife, Kim of Sulphur, Sammy and wife, Evon of Reeves, and Byron and wife, Lucy of Austin, TX; two sisters-Carolyn Ardoin and husband, Kenneth of Reeves and Rebecca Rhodes and husband, Dave of Moss Bluff; and four grandchildren-Bryce, Hadley, Claire, and Max.
