Kinder- Funeral service for Mrs. Juanita Langley Spears, 82, will be held Friday, October 23, 2009 at 1:00pm in First United Pentecostal Church of Kinder. Rev. T.L. Smith & Rev. Rod Nesmith will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will be held in Ardoin Funeral Home Thursday from 5pm-10pm and will continue Friday at 8am until time of service.
Mrs. Spears was a resident of Kinder, and a lifetime member of the First United Pentecostal Church of Kinder where she enjoyed working in the kitchen as long as her health allowed. She passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2009.
Mrs. Spears was a loving wife, mom, grandmother, and friend that will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her two sons, Warren Earl Spears & wife Gayle of Woodworth, Michael Wayne Spears of Kinder; one daughter, Frances Spears of Memphis, TN; one brother, Don Langley & wife Mary of Lafayette; 11 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Spears was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Spears; her parents, Oscar & Jacintha Langley and brother, Lloyd Langley.
