Kinder-Funeral service will be held for Juanita Reynolds, age 91, on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 1pm in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Pastor Paul Cavenah will officiate. Burial will follow in Kinder McRill Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2011 from 10am until time of service.
Juanita worked for several years as a beautician in Kinder. She also played piano in church for many years. She was a devout Christian who loved the Lord. In her spare time, she loved to crochet, knit, and paint. Juanita was a devoted wife of more than fifty years, having been preceded in death by her husband, Edwin H. Reynolds. She was also a loving mom and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen Reynolds and wife, Bernadette of San Leon, TX and Jack Reynolds and wife, Nettie of Garland, TX; one daughter, Betty "Sue" Penn of Kinder; two grandchildren, Lisa Penn and John Penn; and, one great grandchild, Gabriel James Penn.
