Kinder- Funeral service for Juanita Blanch LaFleur, 81, will be Monday, March 22, 2010 at 2 PM in St. Philip Neri Catholic Church of Kinder. Father Carlos Garcia will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery in Elton.
Visitation will begin on Sunday, March 21, 2010, in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder, from 2 to 9 PM with a Rosary at 7 PM, and will continue on Monday from 8 AM till time of service.
Ms. LaFleur was a resident of Vinton. She passed away Saturday in Lake Charles. She spent her life as a devoted mother and homemaker. She was a devout Catholic and prayed her Rosary daily. She also loved to cook. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived four sons; Robert LaFleur and wife Dianne of Orange, TX, John LaFleur and wife Monica of Sulphur, Allen LaFleur and wife Tangie of Iowa, and Charles LaFleur and wife Lynn of Toomsoba, MS; 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis LaFleur; two sons, Kenneth LaFleur, and Richard LaFleur, and a daughter, Juanita Scott.
