Kinder- John Henry Jacobs Jr., 82, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 21, 2026. John’s family will host private memorial and inurnment services in his memory at a future date. All of John’s arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder.

John was born on October 31, 1943, in Converse, Louisiana to the union of John Henry Sr. and Margaret Jacobs. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his soul rest in peace.

Those left to cherish John’s memory include his wife, Janette LeBleu Jacobs; four sons, Nathan, Vernon, Trey, and Justin; daughter, Merry; two sisters, Dora and Cora; four grandchildren, Gabriel, Riley, Zoey, and Logan; and a host of extended family members and friends.

John is preceded in death by his Parents, John Henry Sr. and Margaret Ruple Jacobs; one brother, Steve; and one sister, Sara.
