Oberlin- Mass of Christian burial for Jeremy Ross Rider, 25, will be held Monday, June 21, 2010 at 3:00PM in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Oberlin. Father Felix Anyikwa will officiate. Burial will follow in Hampton Cemetery in Elizabeth under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will be held in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church Monday from 10:00AM until time of service. A rosary will be prayed at 2:00PM.
Jeremy was a resident of Oberlin, an honor student at LSUE, and a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. He was a devoted loving son, brother, and uncle who will be truly missed unconditionally.
He is survived by his parents, Richard "J.R." and Sharon V. Rider of Oberlin; brother, Jonathan Rider and wife Christina of Oberlin; niece, Hayley Rider and nephew, Jayden Rider; aunt, Martha Rider of Kinder; uncle, Rusty and Patsy Rider of Moss Bluff; two cousins, Matt Rider and Josh Rider both of Moss Bluff.
