Kinder- Funeral service for Infant Jarred Scott McGuffee Jr. will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 12:00noon in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Mike Paxton will officiate. Graveside service will follow at 5:00pm with Rev. Larry Adkins officiating in Hickory Springs Cemetery in Chatham, La.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10am until time of service.
He is survived by his parents, Jarred Scott McGuffee Sr. & Katie Michelle Courville of Kinder; paternal grandparents, Douglas Dion McGuffee & wife Carol of Enterprise, Martha Elizabeth Doucette & husband Paul of Brandon, Florida; maternal grandmother, Tenna Courville of Kinder; maternal grandfather, Morris Courville of Kinder; paternal great grandparents, Jimmy & Glenda McGuffee of Enterprise & Ollie Faye Wheat of Columbia; Godfather, Christopher May of Grayson & fiancé, Amanda; Godmother, Karen Courville of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; Aunt, Taylor McGuffee of Enterprise; a host of aunts, uncles, & cousins.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joe D. Courville; maternal grandparents, T.O. & Jimmie Ann Savant; maternal grandmother, Jackie Courville; paternal grandfather, George E. May.
