Oberlin- Memorial service for Mr. Harold "Badault" J. Rozas, 76 will be held June 5, 2010 at 10 AM in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church of Oberlin. Father Felix Anyikwa will officiate. He passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2010 in Oberlin with his family by his side.
Mr. Rozas was a life-long resident of Oberlin. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. He was an electrician for the local IBEW 861 where he retired at 55. He then became the owner of the Kinder "Shell" station, where he made many friends. He loved to make people laugh, and never met a stranger. After retiring from the station, he enjoyed fishing and spending time on his many camps by the river. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather Rozas of Kinder; four nieces, Regina Beard & husband Philip, Ramona Manuel & husband Joseph, Rachelle Marcantel all of Oberlin, Rhonda Roewe & husband Raymond of Burlington, IA; nephew, Ryan J. Rozas & wife Hope of Oberlin; two grandchildren, Haidden & Jolie
He is preceded in death by his parents, Viola & Ewell Rozas; three brothers, Raymond J. Rozas, Herbert "Pete" Rozas, & Lewis H. Rozas; infant sister.
