Oakdale-Graveside Services for Gracie Jones, 78, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Cryer Cemetery. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home. ***Please note, due to state mandates, a face covering is required inside and social distancing must be maintained throughout your visit***.

Gracie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Donald, for fifty-nine years until his passing in December 2019. Gracie enjoyed visiting with her family and dearly adored her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Gracie's memory include her son, Mitchell Jones; three daughters, Donna Fitch (Rannie), Menette Strickland (Larry) and Sharon Jones Arceneaux (Gregory); one sister, Linda Mitchell Brown (Tom); five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Gracie is preceded in death by her parents, James and Esther Mitchell; and husband, Donald Jones.
